Changing your diet can be the hardest part of trying to change your lifestyle. A nutrition coach can help guide you and teach you how to make better choices while still enjoying the foods you love. 

As a nutrition coach, it is my job to educate clients about smarter food choices and empower them to take responsibility for their own health. 

While I cannot give specific meal plans, I can teach clients about macros and micros - what they are and why they are important, and how to make small changes in every day life in order to meet daily nutritional needs.
