Joining a gym can be intimidating. As a girl, I understand the anxiety that can come from working out in a new location or with a new trainer. As a female personal trainer, I work hard to make sure all my clients feel comfortable during their session. Whether you're a man or a woman, you should be confident and comfortable during your workout.

One-On-One Personal Training
One-on-one personal training is a great option for people who are just starting out or don't feel very comfortable in a gym environment. Having a female personal trainer can help you feel even more comfortable because I can understand how you are feeling. You won't need to worry about what to do or how to operate new machinery. I will be there to guide you, set up your programming, and be a friendly face in an unfamiliar environment.
Partner Personal Training
Partner training is a great way to get your friends and family involved with a healthier lifestyle while also making your workouts more enjoyable. Men and women are more likely to have healthier eating and exercise habits if their spouse lives a similar lifestyle. Exercising in a social setting can also help influence motivation and persistence. Whether it's a friend or a spouse, working out with a partner can yield better results and make the transition to a healthier life easier and more fun!
