Hi, I'm Candace
I've been a personal trainer for over 5 years and I believe that getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the enjoyable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

As a female personal trainer, I understand that going to a new gym or starting a new workout routine can sometimes be intimidating, and it can definitely be confusing. There's so much information out there that it can be hard to determine what's true and what isn't. That's where personal training comes in! My job is to take the guess work out of it, and to give you a clear path towards your goals.

I believe a combination of strength training, cardio, and a balanced diet can transform you inside and out. Exercise shouldn't be seen as a chore, and you don't have to restrict the foods you love in order to reach your goals. Working out is an opportunity to better yourself each and every day. My goal is to teach you how to eat properly while still enjoying the foods you love, keep you accountable and consistent with your workouts, and to live a happier, healthier life!
